After a long career in manufacturing as an industrial engineer Oliver came to the Turfgrass industry 28 years ago with a passion for golf and horticulture. Through the experience in processes to achieve improvement, Oliver has developed a particular interest in soil biology and how it affects plant growth and health. Recognition of the role for testing and nutrition planning in turfgrass management, he has focused on this area of customer engagement. Oliver’s turf industry career began as a sole trader, then working for Evans Turf Supplies and subsequently Turfgrass Specialists. Now with Living Turf, Oliver is Technical Services Manager and services key accounts in the Wellington region for Living Turf NZ.
